Hi, I’m Courtney—the human behind OMC.
Obsidian Management & Consulting (OMC) started out of balance—or really, the lack of it.
During COVID, I was juggling corporate life, motherhood, and everything in between. Corporate wasn’t built for young moms, and I felt the squeeze. OMC began as a side hustle—something to bring in extra income while keeping my 9-to-5.
Then I got laid off.
For a while, I wasn’t sure if OMC could truly support my family. But I leaned in, went all in, and here we are—five years later.
Today, OMC is my way of helping others find balance too. I bring clarity, calm, and structure to teams who want to grow without burning out.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me deep into a giant jigsaw puzzle, singing along to every genre of music, eating my way through different cultures, or cheering on my family at team sports.
